the hotel's location is great, with a tram stop just outside. the room was spacious and very clean. i found the staff friendly and helpful .

i noticed a lack of shelving in the bathroom. i had limited space for personal items.

good transport sweet staff

the breakfast had staff exceeding expectations. the room included all the amenities. i found very good public transport connections. camille from the reception was sweet and well mannered! she helped with our inquiries.

i noticed very average amenities were wrapped in plastic.

The room was quite large and had everything necessary. the breakfast had many choices, it was the best i have ever had during my travels. the staff were helpful. I found them friendly. i liked the stylish hotel. the staff were helpful.

the room was too hot and the air-conditioning was not at a low enough temperature. the pillows also were not great. i am not sure if they had a pillow menu.

solid stay close to everything

cute team knowledgeable concierge convenient location

the reception team was cute. the concierge was knowledgeable about the area. the housekeeping staff kept everything Super clean. i received an upgrade to a corner room. It was spacious. it was comfortable. it had good views. the hotel's location near the center made it convenient.

after my wedding day, i was hungry. i ordered room service. the pizza was topped with plastic cheese slices. the dough was frozen. the salad leaves were not fresh. they tasted bitter.
